Come along to this free session to find out more about panic and anxiety!
Each month we host an informal session called an Information Afternoon. We talk about various topics and often have an external speaker along to talk to us.
This month, Ronnie Menzies from the NHS will be coming along to talk to us about panic and anxiety. Ronnie will be talking about how panic and anxiety can affect us, how it can make us feel, and things we can do to help combat this.
The session will be held:

At Health in Mind, 40 Shandwick Place, Edinburgh.
